Clouds is an atmospheric doom/death metal band founded in 2013 as a global initiative led by Romanian Daniel Neagoe.
Clouds is known for its themes of despair, loss, and mourning, and its music is characterized by lush layers of deep growls, clean mournful voices, and complex instrumental arrangements including violins and woodwinds, creating a powerful experience.
The lineup has been dynamic, with contributions from Neagoe’s friends from bands like Eye of Solitude, Shape of Despair, and Aphonic Threnody. Current members (2024) are Daniel Neagoe, Mike on guitars, Alex Costin on bass, Casian Vlad on drums, and Corina Gheorghe on violin, each bringing their own influences to the table and making the music even more melancholic.
